‘How to Train in a Busy World’ Nick Anderson 9th February 2018

‘How To Train In A Busy World’

Nick Anderson Friday 9th February – 19:30 to 21:30 The Harlington, Fleet

As part of the club’s continuing coaching initiatives, we offer all members the opportunity to attend a coaching presentation/workshop given by Nick Anderson. The theme of the evening will be how to fit your ‘vital’ running into your busy world. This will be a great opportunity to hear what you can do to get a better running/life balance. What ‘to’ and what ‘not’ to focus on. Many of you will have had some coaching from Nick and have heard his Q & A sessions this winter. For those that have not been able to attend Nick’s sessions, this is a great opportunity to hear, and ask questions of, one of the countries most respected endurance running coaches. The event will be held in the Harlington Centre, Fleet with refreshment opportunities. An invite has been posted on the club’s Facebook page, please reply there if you are attending. If you are not on Facebook please let Kev know you are coming by emailing kevinmunt57@gmail.com
