The Hart Road Runners’ (HRR) Achievement Awards aim to recognise and reward runners for their racing achievements across specified distances in affiliated races, typically with England Athletics, although there are other organisations.
The target times were updated in March 2024 to align with athletic performance (age-grading). Age-grading is based on elite times, and each award is a factor of that time for each recognised road distance by HRR:

Platinum (National Class): 80%

Gold (Regional Class): 70%

Silver (Local Class): 60%

Bronze: 50%
Additionally, there are achievement awards for Ultra Marathon races. These awards are based on distance rather than times, as terrain and environment are significant factors in these races.
