Hart Road Runners’ Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place on Friday 28th March at the WI Hall in Church Crookham.
All members are very welcome.
Please note that the parking for the WI Hall is on the left hand side of the car park. There is plenty of parking although some may need to double park to make sure we park only in the WI’s area.
We’ll have tea and coffee available from 19:15.
Remember to make sure you’ve renewed your membership for this year, which you can do in the Shop on the website or by clicking here.
Please note that the Accounts are complete; they are currently being reviewed by a club member.
If you are thinking about putting yourself forward to join the Committee, please get in touch with me or any Committee member. We are still looking for someone with financial expertise, and new members with other interests and skills are always welcome.
