The 2025 Annual Awards for all the fantastic runners and volunteers were held at the superb Penn Croft winery Cellar Door restaurant/bar last night.

The evening kicked-off with a glorious 8km (ish) off-road trail route in the surrounding fields, woods, and tracks.  Thanks to Ruth for navigating the group safely without getting lost!

And then it was back to the restaurant/bar for champagne reception, and an Italian feast before Lynne hosted the awards ceremony with Ged on hand to pass over the trophies.

Once again, the Social Committee surpassed themselves by choosing the perfect venue, and creating a lovely atmosphere for the evening. 

We even managed to raise a decent sum for HRR’s nominated charities thanks to Lynne’s “last one standing” celebrity game.
