Join us this Thursday for a special social run at Frensham Ponds, one of Surrey’s most scenic spots.
Originally created in the Middle Ages to supply fish to the Bishop of Winchester, Frensham Ponds now offers a stunning landscape of heathland, woodland, and open water ready for us to enjoy!

Led by Andy Danson, we’ll set off as one big group on a 6-mile route through the beautiful countryside South of Farnham. If you’re feeling strong, there’s an optional 8-mile route for faster runners — but no one will be left behind, and our group always loops back to support all paces.
Meet at The Spotted Cow, a charming village pub with 18th-century roots.
Start time is 7:00pm, and we’ll aim to be back at the pub for drinks and refreshments by 8:15pm.
All runners welcome — come for the run, stay for the social!
