HRR Winter Training Camp 2019

Following on from the hugely successful training camp in the Brecon Beacons, we are pleased to announce the details of the Training Camp for 2019.

The club’s Winter Training Camp will be held between 25th and 27th January 2019 in Pembroke, Wales. We will be staying on a National Trust estate called Stackpole on the beautiful Pembroke coast. The training will include six varied coach lead sessions over three days.

The runs will be on trails, beaches and up a hill or two. The cost will be £250 per person this includes all transport, accommodation and meals. The camp is open to all members and abilities, so if you are serious about attending please tick ‘going’ on the relevant event page of the club’s Facebook page. If you are not on Facebook please email hrrsiteteam@gmail.com with any questions or to show your interest in attending. This is not a full commitment to attend but we will be asking for deposits in August.
