Monday 6th January Track session. Meet at 7.30 p.m. at Aldershot Military Stadium. Coach: Gill. Also parallel session (20 x 400m with 60 seconds jog recovery) for a sub-42 10k led by Kev. Tuesday 7th January Coached session: 3 minute intervals. Meet at 7 p.m. at The Key Centre, Elvetham Heath Community Centre, GU51 1HA. Coaches: Sarah and Andy. Remember to wear hi vis

Thursday 9th January Club Run: Elvetham Heath/Ancells Farm. Meet at 7 p.m. at Hart Leisure Centre, Emerald Avenue, GU51 5HS. Groups 1 and 2 will run about 7 miles. Group 1 will be 8-9 minute mile pace; Group 2 will be 9-10 minute mile pace led by Lynne Ashleigh; and the Group 3 run will be approximately 6 miles at 10 minute mile plus pace. Group 4 will walk for about an hour led by Angela Austin. Remember to wear hi vis
