Huge thanks to Graham for leading yesterday evening’s Thursday social run around Minley… a lovely off-road route with a few hills, the lake, trees, and ending at the Crown & Cushion pub for ‘refreshments’. Â
The route was around 7.5 miles, and with a broad mix of speeds the group looped-back frequently to pick-up the slower runners. So the group kept together and everyone got a decent evening’s training.
There was also an option to short-cut the route to make it only 5 miles.Â
Car parking at the pub was quite challenging! But for next time, there is a car park just down the road from the pub.
