Thursday’s social run (22 May) saw about 25 runners (and a walking group of about 5) starting and finishing at the fantastic Fox & Goose pub in Greywell, Hook.
The weather was dry and warm.
And Spin’s route choice took us through some of the area’s best trails and tracks… along with his expert commentary!
The Strava route is shown below. We followed the usual format where everyone running together in one big group, and as the group stretches out, we occasionally stopped to re-group, or loop back to pick up the last runners. Everyone runs at their own pace. It’s a social run not a training event!
Top-tip for next time: order your pub food before you head off on the run, and it’ll be ready when you get back.
