Come and join us for a fun Fartlek starting from the Keys in Elvetham Heath!
Farklek is a training method for runners that combines continuous running with intervals of varying speeds, allowing for a flexible and unstructured workout. The term comes from Swedish, meaning “speed play,” and it helps improve both speed and endurance. (thanks Wikipedia!)
We’ll be running for about an hour, and covering between 9-10km depending on how fast you are. The quicker runners loop back and re-join the group so tend to cover more distance.
